First Amendment Audit – Pantex Nuclear Weapons Manufacturing Plant (With NewsNowHouston)

The Pantex Plant is the primary United States nuclear weapons assembly and disassembly facility that aims to maintain the safety, security and reliability of the nation’s nuclear weapons stockpile. The facility is located on a 16,000 acre (65 km2) site 17 miles (27 km) northeast of Amarillo, in Carson County, Texas in the Panhandle of Texas. The plant is managed and operated for the United States Department of Energy by Consolidated Nuclear Security and Sandia National Laboratories

Thanks to NewsNowHouston for backing me up and being there for this audit. He will probably post his interaction with the Sheriff later. Check out his channel here:

  1. If you'll take pictures or videos of military base or some military facility then they obviously will suspect you of spying. Can't you realise that..

  2. 10:18 – "And since you're refusing to …" Wow, what a disconnect there exists between what rattles around in the heads of security guards and what is actually happening in reality. The guy is clearly not "refusing" anything, he's CHOOSING to ignore a request to leave a public area and to stop taking part in a legal activity from a guy who has absolutely no legal authority at all. Duh.

  3. How soon we forget: The Oklahoma City bombing was a domestic terrorist truck bombing on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building[ in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States on April 19, 1995. Perpetrated by Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, the bombing killed 168 people (including fifteen children),injured more than 680 others, and destroyed one-third of the building. The blast destroyed or damaged 324 other buildings within a 16-block radius, shattered glass in 258 nearby buildings, and destroyed or burned 86 cars,] causing an estimated $652 million worth of damage.

  4. I'd have a line of folks lined up to audit that place every freakin' day for a year! The tall guy needs to get his ass kicked.

  5. These guys in ACU's said they are not law enforcement, so I'm guessing they are security.  I hope the local Sheriff follows up and cites them for impersonating law enforcement by having red and blue lights on their vehicles.  Also they should not be wearing ACU's, looks like they are trying to portray themselves as military when they are not.

  6. The tall goober ( Bernard P. Fife, replete with manly facial hair) has a finely honed sense of self-importance. He obviously was a credit to his High School Debate Team as well. Large and In Charge feller lives with his mommy in her double-wide and is a deacon at his neighborhood house of self worship.

  7. im sitting here thing damn this mf must be so bored to do this shit. but then im the one watching all his videos. ahahahahahahahahahahaha

  8. Like kids playing soldiers, obviously didn't have the brains or balls to join the military, so they signed up for adult boy scouts.

  9. law enforcement are betraying the very principles they swore to protect. Soldiers fight and die for the constitution and to see the constitution disrespected & corrupted spits the faces of those soldiers

  10. It makes me laugh when the officers ask to stop filming, They ask that so they could do wrong and make up lies

  11. should have requested that the police when they came out to please tell the plant guards to stop harassing people on public property.they have no authority where they were.they need to be told to stay on their property and call local when contact is made.they should have been told to leave when police shown up.

  12. It’s the primary nuclear weapons plant for the US military what did you think they would do when they saw you filming??? I mean I get first amendment audits but a nuke assembling plant your just asking for attention and in this day and age your a fool if you think the guards would be cool with it

  13. Why won't you tell the sheriff to teach a lesson to that idiot that's standing there making you look like the criminal

  14. I don't even know why this is even a problem. Every major facility knows this that is why anything of any importance is built far away from public easements.

  15. Good job. As a Army combat vet, these unprofessional security require severe training to recover the ability of understanding legal activity. I feel ashamed of the people who are suppose to uphold liberty and justice.

  16. There’s always gotta be at least one asshole in the group huh. Did you see him remove his badge and hide it?

  17. I admire these audits but my concern now with all these is if a nut wants to these places and make his mark on the world. Now they have the layout on how to avoid security cameras and other obstacles that could keep them from coming in. Also in this case a home bred terrorist or a cell of terrorist like 911!

  18. Respect Magna Carta! Too many 2nd or 3rd generation non-english europeans infiltrating the core english values. Settlers from England brought the most important fundamentals to human kind started in 12th century to limit the power of government. Why is it so hard to understand that?

  19. it's a cloudy day and I don't want you to get run over… LOL… I swear lying is an art form to these guys. yeah I'm sure he was extremely concerned that you might be run over. Freaking hilarious
