Install Photon Flash Browser on Android Smartphone or Tablet [ITfriend]

In this video we show you How to Install Photon Flash Browser on Android Smartphone or Tablet

Photon Flash Web Browser is one of the best Android browsers. It work quite well, but there’s still some room for improvement.

Like the other Flash-enabled iPad browsers work, the Photon browser kicks into a desktop virtualization session when you encounter Flash content you want to play. This is meaning that it logs into a remote browser to stream the content to the android device. Whenever you encounter a Flash website, tap the “Lightning” icon on the top right corner of the browser, and after a few seconds, the Flash content will load from the cloud. Whenever you revisit that particular website, it’ll remember you want to load Flash and will automatically boot up the remote session.

Loading Flash content was faster than with other alternative Web browsers we’ve tested, but sometimes it would load the Flash video, animation or game twice, causing performance to slow down (and overlap audio). Also, performance over Wi-Fi was much better than 3G, which is to be expected because of its faster connection.

Along with enabling Flash content, the Photon browser also has a few other features that might be compelling to iPad users — especially those who like to multitask. The browser supports tabbed browsing (coming to Safari with iOS 5 this fall) and an innovative split-screen view — along two or three browser windows open at the same time. For example, you might want to play a video in one window and read news in another. On a related note, the browser also has a “picture in picture” option for those who’d like to toggle between two open sites.

Other features include the option to expand a website to full screen for maximum real estate; quickly clear browsing history, cookies and caches (or set it to do so upon exit) for private browsing; a URL window that lets you type in a website address or search words (similar to Internet Explorer 9); share content you like via e-mail, AirPrint or Facebook; and the ability to customize background color, brightness and screen orientation.
