Proof that the Legal System doesn’t care about what is right….. “Herrera v. Collins, 506 U.S. 390 (1993) The U.S. Supreme court ruled the 8th Amendment is not grounds for federal Habeas Corpus relief. Translation….being innocent doesn’t protect you from getting the death penalty.
